BambooMama's aim is to provide 100% satisfaction from ordering to delivery. When you place an order with us you do so in the confidence that the following terms and conditions apply:

Price

The prices shown are £GBP and are inclusive of any taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Postage and packaging is £3.95 to all UK addresses. Please refer to the delivery information page for further details on international shipping.

Payment

No goods will be dispatched before full payment is received and debited from your account. All payments made via the website are made using PayPal which is secure. We retain no information of your card details.

We accept no responsibility for any charges you incur by your card issuer or bank as a result of processing a payment in accordance with your order. If your card issuer refuses payment then the order will not be accepted and we will not be obliged to inform you of the reason for refusal.

Cancellations

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer you a 100 per cent no-quibble money-back guarantee if you don't like or want the product as long, as the product is returned within 28 days.
